  1. Hello again. Sorry didn’t see this reply. It seems to have been fixed by turning my computer off and on again. Icon is back to green and there are no problems detected. Don't know what may have caused this, but if it happens again I'll try the method you suggested. Thank you for your help!
  2. Hello! Today after restarting my pc the Kaspersky icon appeared as red, but when I click on it there doesn't seem to be any problem. Details say everything is fine and I don't know what to do. If it helps I'm currently on Kaspersky Free 21.17.7.539
  3. Hi again! I disabled battery saver and my issue got fixed! Auto updates are back as they should. Will wait a few days before marking it as the solution just to be completely sure. Thank you so much!
  4. Yes, I'm on a portable device. I will try this solution later and see if it fixes it. Thank you for the reply.
  5. This issue started when my version of Kaspersky Security Cloud Free updated to the newer Kaspersky Free. I can still update the databases manually, but auto updates no longer work even when I have them enabled. Is there a fix to this problem? I'm on Windows 10 21h2 and Kaspersky Free ver. 21.9.6.465
