Backup management, how to change the Name of a backup process?

Hi,

Does anyone now how to change the NAME of a backup process? I recently edited my backup settings, and thus want to change the name that I had originally set. Thank you.

Welcome!

• Which KTS version is installed - on the Windows Taskbar, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About, the popup window will show the information. 
• In the Storages window, edit & rename any existing backup.

I tried the right-click and did not get anything beyond a static About page…

I got something to work - go into edit settings (in backup module of KTS), and go all the way through the process. Can rename there. Not elegant, but sort of works...

• The steps you took are the “method”.
• Kaspersky’s Backup & Restore solution is anything but “elegant”. 
• As FYI: Kaspersky Total Security (version 21.1.15.500) has been available for months & V21.2 is currently being rolled out, in staggered distribution.
• According to Kaspersky, V21.1 & V21.2 are supposed to update automatically, to apply all new versions & patches, Kaspersky anticipate users will reboot their device(s) - at some stage in a weekly/7day cycle.
