Usb driver corrupted after installing 2011

Dear all

 

i have upgraded 2010 internet security to 2011 KIS :rolleyes:

and then it took a restart ..

then after logging in we found that the usb drivers stopped working :unsure:

and i have re installed the driver again

but it was the same situation again :blink:

please look in to the issue

i am posting the GSI log which was taken from that computer...

Add some more ram, you are low.

 

Do a Windows system restore to an earlier date.

 

You have both 2009 and 2011 folders in program files. Make sure you have your Activation Code handy first, then (if applicable) right click the K icon and select Exit, then run the removal tool:

Download and extract it to your C:\ drive (so its located in c:\kavremover). Scroll down in the linked instructions and select All Known Products. Reboot after tool use.

 

Then download a fresh distributive of the installer from links contained here: http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=172859

You will need your Activation Code after install > reboot.

In india

we can only format or remove complete traces of kaspersky and reuse it only for 3 times

so we cant sugest the customer to remove kaspersky as he will loose his 1st chance

It is proved in india

we have confirmed with KL labs india

so please give another solution which can be very helpfull..

i have done the system restore

but there was no solution

after system restore

the mouse is working fine

but as soon as we do a restart it is stopping again

please do this favour

as the customer is going hay-wire
