Thank you for the info, I got in contact with Amazon and I think they are going to refund my purchase even though it's non refundable. We will see. I think I got them to understand that the product they sold me is not the product they delivered aka wrong activation code. If and when they do I will try to contact Kaspersky support and have them clean up my account. I'm not sure what I will do there after. I did much research to pick what I would consider the best product for me. It has the best protection while having lower overhead than any other product with similar protection. It was a no brainer IMO.
