ScrSnap downloaded, can’t access my files.

I just recently tried to download some file from a game (i know I'm a retard) and suddenly a program called ScrSnap downloaded. Now i can't even access my files and I just wanted to know if Kaspersky can solve this, or if this is it for my computer. Any help is much appreciated.
