1. Which browser is being used to access Youtube?
2. Is the “ Youtube doesn’t work with Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) “ a new issue or has always existed?
3. Which KTS version is installed → on Windows Taskbar, hover mouse over Kaspersky icon, popup will show version & patch?

Youtube doesn´t work with kaspersky total security I can´t wath videos and audio, I add to exclude the url -configuration, aditional ,  I suspendend the app  and  not 

nothing happens.  Help me please.

hmm, just tried and youtube works for me with both edge and internet explorer (supposedly no longer supported)

I am using Firefox and Kaspersky Total Security is causing me to be unable to post comments or subscribe to creators. When I try it says I need to log in again, but it wont let me log in.

When I disable Kaspersky, it works fine.

Which KTS version & patch(x) x = letter, is installed → on the Windows taskbar, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 

There’s a known bug for Firefox & KTS versions pre 21.2, patch(a). 

If version 21.2.16.590(a) is not installed you need to update, after updating make sure you shutdown the device using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, make sure KTS is active & run a manual Database update, it may be necessary to do the Shutdown steps several times to apply patch(a).
