Windows Server 2019 - How to Install Kaspersky Small Office Security

Windows Defender is enabled on AD DS also working as File Server. 50 users are actively utilizing AD, around 400 GB user data is stored on server. Default antivirus is always working but unable to clean virus, some times server utilization goes 100%. Need to install Kaspersky Small Office Security but its installation stops with the error says, cannot install. 

Any guide, how to install third party antivirus on Win Server 2019 ??
