Welcome back!

  1. Which KTS version & patch(x), x = letter, on the Windows taskbar, or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?
  2. Post a full screen image of the "Windows 11 limited " issue please, we need to see what you see? 
  3. Since installing KTS, has the computer been fully shut down, using Shutdown, not Restart, then powered on & logged in & checked the KTS app is running? 
  4. Has a KTS Full Scan been run & allowed to run to completion? 
  5. In KTS Reports, are the any errors or events, related to any Windows issues? 
  6. In the main KTS GUI, are there any Recommendations, IF "yes", what are they please? 

 Please post back?
