Where can I check in my account settings to see if/when I need to renew my Kaspersky Safe Kids license or if it is set to automatically renew each year?

I saw a pop up notification message on my cell phone the other day that mentioned renewing my Kaspersky Safe Kids account. But it did not contain a link to go and review my account settings and renew the license. For some reason I was thinking that I may have previously set my account to automatically pay for renewal each year, but when I look into my account settings online I can't see any information about whether the account is set to automatically renew the license or not. And if it's not set to renew automatically, it seems like there would be information in my account settings about the date when my current license will expire, and a link to renew it. I have found some info online about renewing, but have not been able to locate details about renewing/expiration dates for my specific account. Where do I go to find this info for my account? (I REALLY don't want Safe Kids to expire and loose all my settings on all our family's devices, so if I do need to renew I want to figure that out before it expires -- I just can't find anywhere that tells me when it expires). Thanks!

Hello Mom5boys, Welcome! If you log into your MyKaspersky account & go to: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/ You'll see: How many days remaining Activation date Licence Key It would be good, and very useful, if the account ALSO showed the "auto-renewal" setting, unfortunately that information is not visible in the account, however, while you're logged into MyKaspersky account, you can create an incident, job request, asking Kaspersky Support to let you know if automatic renewal is set on? The incident request/ticket system will send you an automatic confirmation email with an INC number, in the format INC+12 numbers (example INC123456789111), and a human should contact you within 48 hours, alternatively, you can send an email to customerservicesolution@kaspersky.com, again, a human should make contact & answer the question. This document provides info: stopping auto-renewal & general info: https://www.kaspersky.com.au/auto-renewal-service & this provides most of the information related to Purchasing and licensing: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/buy, & What to do if the license for your Kaspersky Lab application did not renew automatically https://support.kaspersky.com/common/buy/14710

Hope this helps, if not please post back? Thanks!
