Re “ my www is not opening ”:

  1. Are there any errors, may we have images please?
  2. Is the issue new or has always existed? 
  3. Is the issue replicable in every browser? 
  4. What is the KIS version & patch(x)? x=letter
  5. Please post the KIS, All events, 24hrs Report - see video for guide

im also cheking you are listed following URL is dangerous ;we removed every thing logn back please check and remove website from your phishing content

  •  If you believe the detection is incorrect, log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, please provide a detailed history, images, they may ask for Traces, captured as the issue is replicated & they may also request a GSI & Windows logs.
  • ❓ Ask them to determine if the detection is correct?
  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.

we removed every thing logn back please check and remove website from your phishing content 

 

 

 

 

if you open that page it is shwoing 404 erro for the url

There is a reply from virlab:

We checked the link you have sent us.

It has been confirmed as a false positive. The link will be excluded from our anti-phishing databases.

 

So it is necessary to wait for the next databases update.

Please raise a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, ask them why the site is classified Dangerous  Phishing website ?

 

 

  • Fill in the Malware, False Positive template (see following image)

 

 

  1. Provide a detailed history, images, Support may ask for Traces, captured as the issue is replicated & they may also request a GSI & Windows logs
  2.
