Webpage can not be loaded when KES is active

Dear All,

My KES version is 14.1 that is managed by KSC. Some webpages can not be loaded when KES is active. Those pages load right away when disable KES. I already added those page's Web/IP Addresses in Web Threat Protection/Trusted web addresses and Network Threat Protection/Exclusions but it did not work. Could someone please help me?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

I have KES 14.1 installed in my main, but not managed by KSC.

Can You provide one or 2 URL of the blocked sites? Do You get any warning information?
