Log a case with Kaspersky support, fill in either Chat or Email, select Malware, False positive template, in the Description of the issue* section, give a detailed history & ask support to assign the case to the Virus Lab experts for them assist; include KIS Web Anti-Virus report, screen print & Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal scan results.
