vpn not starting since last update!

Since yesterday I can no longer start the VPN, I press the exe several times, nothing happens, from time to time I get a notification with "VPN failed to start"!

I tried to reinstall the VPN, but the old one can't be uninstalled, an update is said to be being installed, I've restarted several times... didn't helped.
