Did (you) get a prompt to *update* the existing VPN or (you) just decided to *update* on a whim? Are (you) trying to install KVPN *trial subscription* OR paid subscription? What is the Windows 11 full *build number*, in Windows Search type WINVER, open the WINVER app & post back the information? Which *Region/Location* are (you) in?
