VPN Nation List drops Nation

I notice that the VPN on my desktop has dropped two of the nations on the List since I have been using it, my mobile VPN still continues to keep the same List just fine but my desktop VPN has dropped to Nations. Can anyone explain why?

The exact list of available VPN server locations in Kaspersky VPN may depend on the application version and operating system and is subject to change - refer VPN server locations.
