Veeam Backup & Replication installation fail

Veeam Backup & Replication 11a installation fails saying “Failed to start VeeamTransportSvc”. I have made scan exclusions settings for Veeam but does not work. Kaspersky report is saying “Info: changes to product resource is blocked by self-defenses” “Windows Explorer    explorer.exe    C:\Windows” “ScenarioEngine.exe    ScenarioEngine.exe    C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\130\Setup Bootstrap\SQLServer2016\x64” “SQL Server Windows NT - 64 Bit    sqlservr.exe    C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL13.VEEAMSQL2016\MSSQL\Binn” “Veeam Update Installation Wizard    HFWizard.exe    C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Setup\Temp\cc0967c6-a853xxxxx

Environment: Kaspersky Security Center Cloud, Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.7.0.669, Windows Server2019, Veeam Backup & Replication 11a.

I have noticed that after uninstalling KES, Veeam still fails to install. Now, I want to verify the following KES reporting when installing Veeam is unharmful or needs some action.

I have got an answer from KES support team saying the log message “self-defenses xxx” is not harmful and needs no action. I got a further information about this log message. https://support.kaspersky.com/help/KESWin/11.8.0/en-US/34598.htm
