Hi, I did not purchase Kaspersky product. I purchased asus motherboard and it got kaspersky for asus application. I installed that and got a 1 year free license. how ever I had Kaspersky Antivirus 2016 and this site suggested me to download 2019. When i installed Kaspersky antivirus 2019 the license was gone. what should i do? can i upgrade the 2016 license to 2019? Thanks in advance.

Welcome. Can you pleasex specify some details about “the license was gone”. With a valid 2016 license you should be able to activate Kaspersky 2019. Please contact Tech Support https://center.kaspersky.com

Thanks for the quick reply. Well, I just downloaded the 2019 version from this site and installed it right away, then prompted to restart the computer, so i did, and now there is a red text "license is missing".

Just curious where your purchased the Mother board did they not give you a activation code? or maybe with a Kaspersky install CD, or did they not send you a activation link via email? as this usually is a promtional thing from the company where you Purchased the motherboard. Any way i hope you get kaspersky 2019 activated.
