Hallo,

ich habe gerade das KIS-Update gekauft und mit PayPal bezahlt. Startzeit ist in 1 Woche.

PayPal-Bestätigung liegt vor, aber von DigitalRiver gibt es keine Rechnungs-Mail.

Wie bekomme ich diese?

evtl. eine blöde Frage aber hast Du mal im Spam-Ordner nachgeschaut?

→ Ja. Im Support-Gestrüpp von Kaspersky ( Anna ) bin ich auch nicht weiter gekommen.

Hast Du mal bei DigitalRiver , der Verkaufsanbieter von KL Lizenzen geschaut

Nach Telefon-Support funktionierte die Rechnungs-Verschickung nicht. Erst einen Tag später war sie dann im Postfach:

vermutlich IT-Fehler bei DigitalRiver meinte der Support.
