UNABLE TO UPDATE

Good day,

please we have cloud based kaspersky, the cloud console has updated endpoint security for windows version to 12.0.0.465 since last month but our systems are still on version 11.10.0.399.

it supposed to have been updated automatically, unless i uninstalled then installed the latest version and this is like going round the company systems.

what can i do ?
