Unable to import password from Firefox

Patch 9.0.2.5376 (k) / 1593510272_6509 / 1.0.363.0-0.8.3.0_1 has been released, please recheck importing Firefox & Google Chrome browser passwords to KPM:

@FLOOD It still does not work for me. But I’ve been told by Kaspersky that it will be patched with the K update this month.

@Apmyp,

• Patch k is being rolled out in staggered distribution.
• If you don’t have patch k there’s no point testing the issue. 
• Ensure the computer is rebooted once every 24hrs to apply any patch. 
• After applying patch k and BEFORE testing the issue: create a KPM backup & export KPM application passwords, in case something screws up, recovery will be simple.

Today I’ve have tried it again, and it did work now. All my 96 passwords have been imported succesfully.

mi aggiungo anche io, ad oggi ancora non funziona, sto provando ad importare le password da firefox ma non funziona, come avete risolto?

 

io ho kasp password managere 9.0.2.13079 (m), e firefox 83.0 (64 bit).

As a workaround: export data to csv, then import it to Chrome, then import it from Chome to KPM.

KPM 9.0.2.14151 (n) import from Firefox works✅

 

• Import from Chrome does not work❌ , passwords cannot be imported direct from Chrome browser, like Firefox, they have to be managed/manipulated from the Chrome User Password Manager (different interface) → even tho the KPM, Import from Chrome pops a “Successful” window, the KPM data does not change.
