Unable to access my.kaspersky login page

Uploading Attachment...Again, I am unable to access the https://my.kaspersky.com login page.

I have uninstalled firefox & install Chrome as suggested by Kaspersky.

I have disabled safe browsing.

I have added my.kaspersky to my manage exclusions list & I have tried to access my login page with a normal browser & the incognito browner.

The page timesout before I can get to the login page.

My operating system is windows 11 home & I am using kaspersky premium antivirus

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
