Two Similar Installations - Different checks

I am running two desktop pc's.  Both with Windows 10 21H2, OS Build 19044.1706, both with KIS 21.3.10.391i.

One machine runs with almost no Kaspersky popups at all.  The other seems to have almost continual popups when simple programs or installations are run.

What is the best way to find out what the difference is?  I suspect something in the  Trusted/Restricted/Untrusted Applications are, but nothing looks amiss.

Suggestions gratefully received.
