Thunderbird trojan : HEUR:Trojan.BAT.Alien.gen

So, there's quite a story behind my problems...For starters, everything is connected to the Thunderbird inbox. I just scanned my computer less than one week ago, and I found the following:

HEUR: Trojan.VBS.SAgent.gen

HEUR:Trojan.BAT.Alien.gen

Neither one of them can be removed in kaspersky basic. And Malewarebytes can't touch them either...But the madness doesn't end there, because a couple of days ago I started to notice that my browser windows and all windows icons got all locked up. They only get unlucked if I push ctrl + alt + delete. So I have to sitt and do that after a couple of minutes, so this is a real big pain in the butt...

I've never had these problems before, so this is all new to me. So I would be really happy if someone could help me out with this problem.
