Hi i using Kaspersky Cloud Console and i had a device status 

the kaspersky security metwork statement is not supported by the policy 

i had searched for many solutions like accept terms or etc .. but i can't solve it until now

If you have installed the latest plugin, so you need to open the policy applied to the device and accept the agreement of the KSN.

be aware to close the Administrationserver MMC before installing a Plugin or restart it once a new plugin was installed.
Then open the Policy again and accept the terms
