I have a kaspersky total security subscription. Even though none of the devices are connected, I get the error You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code.

"An activation code must be valid (the subscription should not be expired) and must not be banned, blocked or already added. You can add no more than 100 subscriptions to your My Kaspersky account."
