Subscription Problem

Hi all, I'm having an issue where I just renewed a KTS license after it expired, increased the size to multiple devices, but now my new device is working, but the original device that had the original subscription is giving me an error, and saying that my license still needs to be renewed. I've put a picture down below as a visual of the issue.

The OS of the device is Windows 10; and

The Kaspersky agent is at its latest version since I tried a re-download today.

it just shows that my license has expired. on the device, its as if there is no subscription in the first place, just the old one which expired.
