Subscription is blocked after update

Just got back home today and noticed Kaspersky icon has turned red. From my previous thread I mentioned that Kaspersky Free v21.6.7.351 was updated to Kaspersky Plus v21.6.7.351 trial just yesterday. Everything was fine until sometime today in my absence. Attached screenshots should outline the problem. OS Windows 7 Sp-1

Welcome back!

  1. Has the Kaspersky Plus app been re-connected to (your) MyKaspersky account = sign out of Kaspersky Plus application, shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login, sign into the app, make sure the app synchronizes with (your) MyKaspersky account?
  • Also, Kaspersky experts have been notified, they are not available 24 x 7 x 365, but are aware of the problem, if it persists, please post back so they can participate?

Just information to update this topic.

1. Being somewhat frustrated with current situation, I decided to try different AV solutions.
2. Uninstalled Kaspersky - then used kavremover tool for total cleanup.
3. Tried two other well respected and highly praised AV applications. Didn't like either of them.
4. From Kaspersky global site, downloaded Kaspersky Plus to try again.
5. The app successfully linked to "My Kaspersky" account and all seems well at the moment.

After Dec 26th, 2022, rolls around, we recommend you use Kaspersky Security Cloud Free, the written advice from Kaspersky's expert team is as follows:

Currently, we are only distributing Kaspersky Security Cloud - Free edition (non-trial full unlimited day version). Our new free antivirus protection – now updated with extra tools and defends against common viruses, suspicious websites & more

Endqte. 

That's despite the fact Kaspersky Free is available from the US & AUS sites & possibly others, can't really be bothered fact checking Kaspersky all the time. 

Dunno what the 'day version' means either, like what happens at night?, again, not going to waste time trying to find out, we're sure it'll be illuminated at some stage.
