Snipping Tool Greyed out

Hello, When I try to use the Snipping tool, the screen is grayed out and prevents a snapshot of the screen. Any advice? K Small Office- Windows 10 Pro..

Hi, Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Microsoft has replaced the Snipping Tool with the new "snip&sketch. Try going to Settings, Apps, Snip & Sketch, then right click ''reset" Also Microsoft give you the choice to change when you open the "old snipping Tool"

I had the same problem and tried disabling the Safe Money but the problem still persists. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Hi, i am having the same issue even with windows Snip & Sketch. tried by disabling “safe money”  no luck. below solution also tried some are not applicable in case of Kaspersky internet security 2020.

If Windows is run in SafeMode does  Snip & Sketch remain greyed out?

This will happen if you are running your browser in protected, or if you have a browser in protected mode, at the same time of a browser not in protected mode. Close all your protected mode browser sessions, and try again on a non protected session. This worked for me
