sms or email alert!

Hi! I would like to know how can i activate sms or email alert from KSC 14. Do i need some specific license? When the email is sent, from which email it will be sent? From Kaspersky or do i have to activate one email to send the alert and other to receive as a Security Admin.

This functionality is available in any edition of the license, and does not require any additional licenses.

You can set the sender and recipient address in the administration server properties, and these settings will be global for all events that you want to send, unless you configure it separately for a specific event.

you also need to select the events you want to send and mark them manually for sending ... like this

after applying the settings, the event will be marked with a "cover" icon... and as I said, you can change the sender and recipient settings for this message only.
