Slow system/High memory usage

Hello,
Lately the system has become strangely slow, using 50% of the memory by the time it has booted up. An internet browser is enough to increase the memory usage to 90+%.  Kaspersky was unable to find anything wrong, but I am convinced that this is not the case.
My laptop is an Asus Vivobook 15 with 8GB RAM and AMD Ryzen 7 3700U with Radeon Vega Mobile GFx 2,30GHZ.  
Version of operating system: 22H2 Windows 11
My kaspersky application name is Kaspersky Premium and the version is 21.14.5.462
As a non expert who has spend a week researching for problem and solution, I suspect something like a crypto miner.

I had this problem before even buying Kaspersky. Kaspersky did not make much of a difference, the memory usage was and is high.
My SSD can store 476GB
