shopping cart price doesn't match the offer price

  There's an offer of 51% discount on essential plan, but when I click Buy, the price in the shopping cart is not discounted, why is that? I need to buy it with the discount ?

Confirmed, there appears to be a problem?

1.  Please contact Support, on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in, Pricing, discounts, how to purchase, etc  template; also, to help Support, please include the site URL, thank you.
