Safe Money Not Working

Windows 11

Version: 22H2 (OS Build 22621,1555)

KIS Application: 21.3.10.391

Safe money is not operating in Firefox,Chrome,Edge. I get a "Run Error Message as pictured. Even if I go through KIS Safe Money App it is the same. Also, I keep getting the popup to "Activate Kaspersky Extension". The extension is active, but popup persists.  Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome back!

1. *As preparation only*: download a new KIS installer: Kaspersky Internet Security for Windows® - don't install atm*

2. Exit *all* browsers, do not restart ATM

3. Uninstall KIS, during the process (you'll) be given the option to save data & tick check boxes - do NOT tick any boxes EXCEPT Save License data - leave every other check box empty/blank -> allow the uninstall Wizard to complete & make sure the computer is rebooted.

4. Install & configure KIS

5. Check all Kaspersky extensions are working, in all browsers, refer: How to enable the Kaspersky Protection extension in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge based on Chromium

?6. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login. 

7. Recheck original error: 'Safe money -> Run error, Failed to run Protected browser. Reason: Process was stopped'? 

8. IF any issues persist, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.

regarding the notification about the installation of the Kaspersky Protection extension https://support.kaspersky.com/common/start/12782 , despite the fact that it is installed, create a request to technical support specialists https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c
