Should I right-click -> Exit from Kaspersky applications before running the GSI tool?

Welcome back!

  • No, *unless* Support have given very specific instructions to do so - otherwise - leave Kaspersky Premium running as normal. 
  • READ this: How to get a standard GSI report
  • Make sure the GSI is run with Administrator privileges.
