Request for Review and Removal of Phishing Warning on Our Website

I hope this message finds you well.

 

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with our website, [Velosiaims.com], some of pages* has been flagged by Kaspersky security as a phishing or fake website designed to trick users into giving away their passwords, credit card details, and other private data.

 

The warning message displayed to our users is as follows:

"Prevented visiting a website that presents a data leakage threat.

Prevented visiting a phishing or fake website designed to trick you into giving away your passwords, credit card details, and other private data.

 

You were protected from visiting this website by Kaspersky security. You can close this window with no risk."

 

 

We take security and user trust very seriously and have conducted a thorough review of our website to ensure that there are no malicious activities or content that could be construed as phishing. We believe that this warning may have been triggered erroneously.

 

We kindly request your assistance in reviewing our website and removing the phishing warning if it is determined to be a false positive. Please let us know if there are any specific steps we need to take or any additional information required from our side to expedite this process.

We are having issues with many of URLs, these two were the as an example.

There are multiple pages / URLs on the same domain, marked as a phishing & data leak thread, I am sure that are false positive. 

It is requested to remove that domain from phishing or spam list so that Velosi's users can have a seamless experience while visiting our site.

1. Kaspersky is clean for the domain - IF there's *other* detections - post the specific details from the Kaspersky Reports please?

2. Also, 21.3.10.391 is Kaspersky's *old* version, you may wish to upgrade to Kaspersky Standard - the upgrade is free, read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T.

I checked several objects under your domain and they are all clean 👍 , e.g. ↓

We are facing again same error on other page (URL) of the same domain. I have updated Kaspesky & that didn't worked. 

Can you please mark that domain as safe? because we are having much trouble to report each page of the website.

There is another URL on the same domain (from same website) that shows same Kaspersky alert entitled "Prevented visiting a website that presents a data leakage threat"

I checked that page and there's only static data.

Kaspersky Virus Lab will explore all the webpages under your domain, but anyway i resubmitted your above link as well.

Also  this issue will be handled by the '  Threat of Data Loss Team ' let's wait for the verdict ↓
