Our Clients / Contractors using Kaspersky are having issues downloading their documents on https://sender1.zohoinsights.com.au which redirects to https://workdrive.zohopublic.com.au/. Please can you remove thsse sites from your block .

You cannot ping a http adddress - but here is the ip addresses ping'd from my Mac. Hope it helps get this sorted

These links are not detected on TIP (one, two), as well as by the products. You or your clients should collect traces when reproducing the detections and then create a support request. So KL can investigate the issue and disable these detections if they are indeed false positive. The product subscription is required.

Seems it won't help us clarify anyway, steps to reproduce are quite specific: "issues downloading their documents on https://sender1.zohoinsights.com.au which redirects to https://workdrive.zohopublic.com.au/."

Or maybe the issue is not because of the detection, but just preventing the documents downloading. This description is really perfect without doubt. 🙂
