Procedure that never ends

Kaspersky anti-virus says that there is a problem. 

 

Loooking inside for the details, there are 60 objects that need a decision by the user.

 

I gave a look to the details and all the objects come from some old mailbox in thunderbird. 

 

and the problem is that "It's impossibile to clean the object"

I'm afraid that Deleting Archive (elimina archivio) will remove the full mailbox, therefore I chosed "ignore" for alla the objects. 

The result is that nothing change.

 

 

 

 

There are still 60 objects to clean and it seems that the antivirus is trying to clean the objects that already should be marked "ignore".

Yesterday I chose "ignore all" and the problem is not visibile (but I do not think that this is the right way...)
