  1. Which KPM version & patch is installed?
  2. Which KPM extension version
  3. Which browser & version?
  4. Why is the installed Kaspersky AV extension icon grey

I have all of them updated to the latest version:
KPM 10.0.0.592 / 1655912695_7207 / 1.0.523.0-0.8.3.0_1
KPM 6.0.37.1 Extension
Google Chrome Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official version) 64-bit
It's all OK....
Solution of the problem I had to disable everything from the chrome browser to not save password, bank password and location.
I removed KPM and installed it again and it worked. as the image below informs.
