Problemas con mi laptop

Además de lo anterior:

 

Analiza el disco duro con scandisk, comprueba temperatura y refrigeración del sistema, sal de Kaspersky (vía el icono de la barra de tarea de Windows), y realiza la misma operación a ver si es problema debido a Kaspersky o no.
