Problem with license exceeded devices

Hello, I am not a native English speaker, I hope you can forgive any mistakes I make when explaining myself.

I work for an SME and I am in charge of the IT department, the staff that was before me, bought for the company and deployed Kaspersky endpoint security, we currently have 17 devices in use, mainly virtual machines, but due to migrations of some virtual machines, We briefly exceeded the 20 devices in the license, although I delete them from the control center, the license error still appears that the number of devices in the license is exceeded, which I should validate or correct to confirm that the system does not continue counting the virtual machines that were deleted?

Indica que pasos has seguido para eliminar los dispositivos, S.O., etc..

Es posible que solo estés eliminando los dispositivos desde KES CLOUD pero que no hayas desinstalado de los host, por tanto cada vez que vuelven a conectar (cada 15 min por defecto), vuelven a sumar la licencia.

No obstante, si el problema persiste, abre un ticket en soporte.
