my phone is Samsung s20 ultra , after upgrade android to 12, kaspersky mobile find a problem,

kaspersky is disable on my phone; i can remove app but i can not install again

  1. What happens when you try to install KIS again, what errors are there, which elements are disabled, post screen prints, we need to see what you see please?
  2. Where are you installing KIS installer from, which store? 
  3. Is KIS Premium, not Free/Trial/Beta?

  1. Do you have a Kaspersky Internet Security Subscription? 
  2. Has any other anti-virus software been installed on the android 12, before trying to install KIS? 
  3. Has the android 12 been powered OFF, since installing KIS?

@navid Hello, i have also Andorid 12 on S20+ without problem. Also let me know if you do FACTORY RESET of your android? Always it is recommended after doing BIG update (ANDROID 11, 12, 13 etc) do factory reset. It is highly recommended, if you do this you may avoid a lot of problems.

?Do not do a factory reset without backing up all of your critical data?

  • As you have a Subscription license it is best to contact Kaspersky support, select either Chat or Email, then select Installation issues, Any other installation error template; Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you. 
  • When it's available, please share the outcome with the Community?
