Popup very time the system reboots or KAV is restarted

I did a clean re-install of windows 11 and after reinstalling Kaspersky anti virus I get this popup every time the system restarts and also if I close and open KAV again. I donwloaded KAV today from my kaspersky profile. Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome!

1. Which KAV version, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
2. Code integrity conflicts with Kaspersky's Hardware Virtualization, but, is that enabled? - check: How to check if hardware virtualization is available?
3. Go to Windows, Device security, select Core Isolation details, is Memory integrity ON or OFF? 

(a) IF it's ON, turn it OFF. 

(b) Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, recheck if the "Code Integrity popup" issue returns?
