Photoshop plugins not launching with VPN enabled

Hi all, I have been using Total Security for 12mnths without any issue, but just this week installed Kaspersky VPN.  I have found that 2 Photoshop plugin products Topaz Impression2 & Luminar AI both freeze on splash screen when VPN is enabled & refuse to launch. If I disable VPN, they launch normally. 

I dont see anywhere in VPN to manage applications, however in Total Security I have ensured that Topaz, Luminar & Photoshop are all marked as Trusted.

Any idea what the issue is and what I can do to make it work?

Hello,

Which location area do you choose in Kaspersky VPN? Please switch location area to your country if it have. 

Topaz Impression2 & Luminar AI  plugs maybe has limit in usage location.

Do you know Topaz Impression2 & Luminar AI want to access the website url? If you know you can set a exclusion rule to avoid kaspersky VPN proxy the network traffic in order to occur this issue.
