Permission error while isntalling the agent

Hello, i'm having this error while trying to install the agent on a specific server, the user has all the necessary privileges yet the i get an error saying that it doesn't. I've attached some prints of it

Can you mention the version of the server , the location where agent is installing is there write access on that specific drive.

Update your Server 2019 to latest update patch and try reinstalling Netagent or run KVRT before installing Netagent , have you raised ticket on Kaspersky Support , what was their feedback
