Pausing or Stopping KIS prevents my browser from accessing the internet.

Whenever i pause protection or stop KIS, i cannot access internet on any of my browsers. I've tries using different browsers (brave, chrome, edge, firefox) but it makes no difference. I have internet access on my computer. Im able to play games and use discord. But I cant use my browsers at all.

Under normal conditions exiting Kaspersky is not disabling internet access , can you please try this :

Run CMD as Admin

• ipconfig /flushdns
• ipconfig /release
• ipconfig /renew
• netsh winsock reset
• reboot
