Has anyone else had issue with total security pause protection mode not turning back on after exiting the paused for program? I keep having to restart protection manually and my chrome protection extention is turned off also. After auto renewal for 2020.

  Please upload the GetSystemInfo zip folder that is inside the larger GSI zip to the GSI parser site http://www.getsysteminfo.com/ and post the url to the parsed report here, in your next post.

Please attach the following items to your Tech Support request: 

a. Description of the issue.
b. Screenshot, as needed.

As well as the info posted by @richbuff 🙇

Check: (1) Autorun - Launch Kaspersky Total Security at computer startup (recommended)

& (2) Restore Settings Wizard

After running the Wizard, check all other settings especially the Anti-Banner & Private Browsing. 

Also, if the Chrome Kaspersky Protection extension is not working correctly, run chrome://settings/reset - Reset & Cleanup, reboot computer, restart, login, don’t start Chrome atm, start KTS, run Database Update, run Full Scan - allow it to complete, start Chrome, recheck?

alright i made the gs16 report and there is no way to post it. I copy it and then there is no paste. I dont know. anyway after turning off perform idle scan problem disappeared. normally I would have issue with this but I never let computer run when im not in front off it anyway so im ok with it. I had a ticket with support and closed it. thank you.

1. Re Idle Scan  “To reduce the load on the system, you can run scan tasks (of the system memory, system partition, and startup objects) and database update tasks in Kaspersky Total Security while the computer is locked or the screensaver is on. This additional setting increases the security of your computer while consuming a minimum amount of resources. “
2. Re GSI (if there’s ever a future need), upload the zip folder to cloud, PM or post the link.
