Over all Time limit on usage

Besides setting time limit on each application.  Can I set a daily overall usage time limit on all types of usage?

Yes & no, there's no actual switch/toggle defined to control time on *all* apps at the same-time, however, Device use monitoring covers the requirement, read: Kaspersky Safe Kids, Device use & watch:  How to balance kids' app and device use with Kaspersky Safe Kids.
