Notification: "Report a Problem", KS Cloud Protected Browser.

It seems that if I (X) it out I’m no longer connected to the Cloud Protected Browser.  Maybe I still am but when it’s X out and then later go to say Amazon to make a purchase a Kaspersky screen appears stating I’m now connected and the green panel stays up and blocks the bottom right out.

I'm sorry, but I can't open your attachment.
Please use '.png' or '.jpg'.
If it looks like this, you can use the "X. The VPN connection remains active.

 


You will need to check for yourself from time to time to make sure it is still active. If the connection breaks down, it will not be automatically restored. But this is a general problem.

Additional to @Schulte and with his express permission. 

In Kaspersky Security Cloud Protected (Safe Money) browser, if the Report a problem X is selected, the Protected browser is still functioning as it should:

Protected browser with Report a problem X active.

Image 3

Protected browser after X has been selected.

 

The green perimeter on the Protected browser is what must be seen to ensure the Protected browser is enabled and functioning normally.
