No activation code

I downloaded and purchased the software from this site. I have no received an activation code. Feeling ripped off and annoyed at the lack of online support.

Please refer to: What to do if you did not receive the activation code after buying a Kaspersky application & for access to support: on the Support contacts page, select Country, select Support for Home ProductsApplication Use,  select Chat with an Expert, the LiveChat window opens, fill in Name = email address, Email address (yes a duplication😕 ), select Kaspersky productActivation code - it’s ok to enter NAProblem description - it’s ok to enter NANew or Existing issue and accept✔ the TOU & Privacy consent box; or Phone (not available all locations), or Submit a request (via your MyKaspersky account).
