Network Agent Interface Update Issue

Hello Guys,

my issue is very simple, I’ve pushed the Network Agent 12 from the console to a laptop (last generation) and after removing the agent with “REMOVER TOOL” the console continue to see it installed. I’ve tried everything also restarting the polling and restarting the machine…

Do you have any tips or tricks to make this thing works properly? I mean, I need to see properly that the target machine has no more agent installed.
