Mobile, App shuts down, disconnects itself.

Good afternoon, thanks for your help and sorry for my English. I have Internet Security installed on my mobile phone and lately the application has disconnected itself. When I find out I have it wuw connect again and it works until it disconnects again. Can you help me? Thanks
